Fix The Roc, LLC. Greater than a handyman!

Fix the ROC, LLC was founded on the premise that things need to be fixed and many people don’t have the time or expertise to efficiently complete a repair. When something’s broken, we pride ourselves on understanding the problem, explaining the issue and correctly determining whether or not a repair is worth the price. If we think we can fix it, we will quote it!

My name is Solon Barnard and I am the owner of Fix the ROC, LLC. I have been fixing things for over 40 years. I have a wide range of experience from starting as an automotive mechanic to painting my way through college while obtaining a mechanical engineering degree. Over the years, I have installed ceramic tile, replaced windows, built decks, renovated bathrooms, and much more.   Most recently, before starting Fix the ROC, I worked as a historic home renovator and remodeler. 

Prior to the Covid-19 pause, Fix the ROC, LLC was primarily a commercial repair company. We did work at many retailers in the Rochester area, and still do. The pause made us reconsider our future plans. We decided to start accepting more residential work.
